Returns & Exchanges

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color only, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
